LL202 Notes

£8.00

These are the set of notes I used for my LL202 examination. I have managed to achieve a 68% with these notes. Having looked through many years of past examination papers, I have chosen specific topics to revise strategically. These notes are very precise, and it would be useful at least for you to use as a skeleton and supplement them with your own material. I have structured the notes logically for ease of reference and understanding. I have also colour-coded relevant case law (in red) and statute (in green) and academic quotations (in blue), and all three are required to secure a good score in the examination. There are  10 unique  documents and a total of  38 pages.

The topics I have included are

(1) Freedom of contract (this should be a theme throughout the course, I would advise you to include it in all your essay responses in some way to give your essay your ‘voice’)

(2) Agreed Remedies (KEY – note Makdessi judgment)

(3) Implied Terms

(4) Retention of Title (KEY)

(5) Credit and Security

(6) Agency (KEY – note relevance to Retention of Tite)

(7) Interpretation of contracts (KEY ESSAY QUESTION)

(8) Privity of contract (KEY problem question)

(9) Mistakes

(10) Frustration (My experience tells me that either (9) or (10) will come up as a problem question/essay question, it will be prudent to revise both).

There are 10 unique documents and a total of 38 pages.
