These notes are a complete collection of my lecture notes, reading, and extra investigation into the the particular topic.
The notes are structured into essay plans for past paper questions. I have looked at all the past papers going back to 2008 for each topic, collected them into several common questions, and then planned my answer to them. This has forced me to include a number of extra reading into the answers, without which the questions would have been very difficult to answer completely.
I have ensured that a single font size (Calibri 9 or 10) is used throughout, to ensure visual clarity.
The weekly topics covered in the notes are listed below:
*Legal Pluralism (8 pages)
*The Trial (7 pages)
*Civil Justice and Settlement Culture (ADR) (8 pages)
*Diversity and the Legal Profession (9 pages)
The fact that only four topics are covered is reflected in the lower price (£7). However, due to the structure of the exam, learning just 4 topics in-depth is the most optimal solution, as it minimises the amount of time you will spend on Property I overall, while ensuring that you are familiar with every possible question that may arise within those areas.
I achieved a 66 in the end-of-year exam for this topic, and a 66 in the only ILS essay we were set in MT.
